The evaluator mobile app is a native iOS application that is designed for inspection vendors to capture the condition of a property. With Stoa's strict Renovation standards, it was paramount that we build and launch our own native mobile application that can be used to capture the most recent condition of a property. With built in tasks, questions, logic, and more; it became very intuitive to the point of enabling anyone off the street for use.
